The Foundation Sprint helps teams explore the problem, understand the people they are designing for and test the assumptions behind an idea before investing heavily in it.

When a team has an important problem and too many opinions about what to do next, a Design Sprint creates a focused path from challenge to prototype and user feedback.

We’ve been on both sides of the table.

Before becoming facilitators, we spent years working with teams and businesses across different countries, industries and cultures.

We saw the same patterns again and again: smart people stuck in meetings. decisions being pushed to the next meeting, good ideas disappearing because nobody knew what happened next, teams with plenty of talent, but no shared way of moving forward.
